Email marketing

Email is a flexible, low-cost, instant, direct communication tool and, as such, it has no peer.

Focusing on conversion and building customer value, it is probably the most effective marketing tool available.

Strategy

At BarnesGraham we work with our clients to understand the opportunity that email represents to them and to build a clear set of objectives for their email communications plan.

Planning

The plan will typically segment their user base, from potential customers to loyal customer and advocates, and define a strategy that will deliver value from each segment: sell, cross-sell, up-sell, refer a friend.

Targeted marketing messages will be planned for each segment to achieve a specific objective or set of objectives.

Implementation

We use a number of email marketing tools, each of which fits a different client profile. Our aim is to use the tool that provides the best fit for each client.

Once the plan has been set up and properly tested, we work with our clients to provide a long term solution that works for them; this might involve out sourcing everything to us, or running everything in-house. Our aim is to deliver an effective solution.

Reporting and analysis

It is essential to know what works and what doesn't work. This enables us to continually refine the targeting and marketing message, improving performance over time. We provide the tools for tracking the performance of the email marketing activity and the reporting and analysis.

Bristol and London

Working out of Bristol and London, we service clients across the UK.
