Google's UK ad revenues now exceed that of ITV1, the most-watched commercial TV channel in the country, according to new research out today.
Research undertaken by The Times shows the search giant's Q3 - between July and September - UK ad revenues at £327m, overtaking ITV1's ad revenues, which stood at £317m.
However, while the search giant is forecast to generate £1.25bn for the entire year, this would still fall behind the £1.3bn prediction for ITV1, with ITV as a whole expected to hit £1.45bn.
